THE ETSEM PROJECT

An invitation to focus on the essence of what is

The word 'ETSEM' comes from Hebrew and its meaning is two-fold: it means bone & essence. The matter and the mind. The physical (body) and the metaphysical (consciousness). The essence of what we are. The essence.

Hebrew is an extraordinary language. Words have roots and roots lead to family groups of words.

This linguistic rule is particularly interesting when it comes to speak about 'ETSEM', the essence.

Its root (ע צ ם) leads to a very interesting family of words from which we can learn about the results of such a focus on the essence. It leads to empowerment (HaAtsama - העצמה), to  independence  (Atsmaout - עצמאות), to power (Otsma - עצמה) and to intensity (Atsimut - עצימות). In the Talmud, it is also made reference to 'shutting the eyes from seeing' (Atsimat Enayim - עצימת עיניים), or in other words in the ability of a person to look from inside.. from one's inner truth.

The ETSEM Project is an invitation to focus on the essence of what is. In order to live fully, to achieve, to excel, to experience, to discover, to overcome whatever is coming and challenging, in a growing and promoting way in order to ultimately GIVE the best of us to life.

And the NLP tools and skills are as many expressways to get connected to one's internal representation of the external world that this person is experiencing, to her extraordinary inner-resources, and to the processes that take place from within and  that are decisive factors of her behavioural competence and flexibility by the time she's experiencing life.

ABOUT NATACHA

Creator and CEO of the ETSEM Project

Natacha Bourgel

Restless questioner, unending learner, mother, woman, wife, NLP coach, lawyer, migratory bird, practicing Aikido, CrossFit, loving arts, movement, rhythms,… A few labels, benchmarks of my own journey toward self-discovery and the discovery of what surrounds me.

I mainly see this world as a field of exploration, and a wonderful teacher of what transformation processes are about, moved by the curiosity to discover, to experience and finally to understand.

I spent a big part of my life breaking my own patterns, searching for powerful tools to free myself from the constraining box I used to live in, in total incongruity - an ongoing process which purpose is, to me, to reconnect to our true self and become the best version of ourselves.

Willing to share these tools with anyone interested in recovering choice in life and making the change that will allow living life to its fullest.
